Wearing sunglasses doesn't just protect your eyes from the harmful UV rays, they are also a great addition to your personal style.

But there are just certain things you should and shouldn’t do when it comes to sunglasses. It is important to understand how to wear them to enhance your style without hurting your personal image.

  • Choose sunglasses that match your face shape

sunglasses come in many different shapes and size. If you want to look good wearing sunglasses with any outfit then the key to this is finding the right frame for your face shape.

A general rule for this is circular frames suit those of you with a more angular face shape while angular frames suit those with a more circular face shape.

  • Clean your glasses

It’s important that you know that cleaning your glasses with your shirt is very wrong. Shirts get as much dust as your sunglasses and doing this may scratch your glasses.

Don’ts

  • Don’t wear sunglasses indoors and at night

Yes, wearing sunglasses at night or inside might seem cool, but the fact is that if you’re not a baller celebrity, it just looks dumb. A lot of people seems to still fail to follow this simple rule. Wearing them in these kinds of situations makes you appear unprofessional and childish.And remember, in most cases style can be best achieved with a "less is more" mentality, so let's save the fashion statement for something else


  • Don’t buy fake glasses

This may be the most important rule in wearing sunglasses. Buying fake sunglasses won’t do any help in protecting your eyes. They will look fake and won’t do any good to your image.
