RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange your King and Fifth order within 30 days of receiving it. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in new condition with tags. Customer is responsible for return postage for returns and exchanges. King and Fifth will pay to ship out exchanges. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Refunds will be in the amount of the goods purchased, not including original shipping cost. Any discounts will be evenly distributed amongst the items purchased. If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. We process returns at least once a week.

If you sent yours in awhile back and haven't heard from us email us at info@kingandfifth.com.

ORDERS

We ship orders every day by 12:00 noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except postal holidays.

As soon as we pack your order we'll send an email with your tracking number.

If you can’t find it, send an email to info@kingandfifth.com and
we’ll resend it to you.

Orders received before 12:00 noon Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays) will go out the day they are ordered. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will go out the next day. You’ll receive an order confirmation soon after your order is placed and another notification with your tracking as soon as your order is processed. We don’t ship orders on postal holidays. You can find an up-to-date list of them here.

For US Customers

Orders generally arrive in between 2 and 5 days from the date of shipping for USPS Ground Advantage. While UPS Express 2-3 Transit Day shipments arrive in 2-3 business days after it has shipped.

Occasionally they will take slightly longer than that. If your package hasn't arrived in that time frame email us at info@kingandfifth.com and we'll figure out if it's delayed or lost.

For International Customers

We only offer Standard/Economy International Shipping.

International orders take 10-14 days after leaving the country and can take a bit longer depending on customs and service disruptions.

Standard international shipments generally arrive in under four weeks. For more information about International Shipping, check it HERE.

we’ll take care of it.

For customers who have received a tracking number

For the fastest correction place an order for the correct product(s) and return the incorrect order as soon as it arrives.

Or you can wait until you receive your order and complete an exchange (see the next section).

– Stacking of promo codes is not allowed at this time.
– One use per customer only.
– Can't combine with other discount codes.

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
