Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

We ship orders every day by 12:00 noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except postal holidays.

Where is my tracking number?

As soon as we pack your order we'll send an email with your tracking number.

If you can’t find it, send an email to info@kingandfifth.com and
we’ll resend it to you.

What is your order processing time?

Orders received before 12:00 noon Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays) will go out the day they are ordered. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will go out the next day. You’ll receive an order confirmation soon after your order is placed and another notification with your tracking as soon as your order is processed. We don’t ship orders on postal holidays. How long after I order will it take for my package to arrive?

For US Customers

Orders generally arrive in between 2 and 5 days from the date of shipping for USPS Ground Advantage. While UPS Express 2-3 Transit Day shipments arrive in 2-3 business days after it has shipped.

Occasionally they will take slightly longer than that. If your package hasn't arrived in that time frame email us at info@kingandfifth.com and we'll figure out if it's delayed or lost.

For International Customers

We only offer Standard/Economy International Shipping.

International orders take 10-14 days after leaving the country and can take a bit longer depending on customs and service disruptions.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
