Order Processing Time

Orders received before 12:00 noon Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays) will go out the day they are ordered. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will go out the next day. You’ll receive an order confirmation soon after your order is placed and another notification with your tracking as soon as your order is processed. We don’t ship orders on postal holidays. Shipment times

Our average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Sometimes orders may take as many as 12 days to be delivered.

UPS Express 2-3 Transit Day shipments arrive in 2-3 business days after it has shipped.


International Shipping

At present we only offer standard/economy international shipping. 

International orders take 10-14 days after leaving the country and can take a bit longer with clearing customs.


Customs Fees, Import Fees, VAT, and Additional Delivery Costs

There is generally a customs fee for our international customers. The customs fee depends on the country and is usually between 5 and 50% of the total price of the order. Sometimes this assessment includes the postage cost. If you have questions about the customs cost for your country the information should be available on your national post office’s website. International Tracking

There are times during international shipping when the tracking will not be updated for a several days. This is normal and usually means the package is in customs awaiting processing.


Return and Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange your King and Fifth order within 30 days of receiving it. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in new condition with tags. Customer is responsible for return postage for returns and exchanges. King and Fifth will pay to ship out exchanges. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.  Refunds will be in the amount of the goods purchased, not including original shipping cost. Any discounts will be evenly distributed amongst the items purchased. If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied.
