  • When will my order ship?

We ship orders in the morning on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • Where is my tracking number?
As soon as we pack your order we'll send an email with your tracking number.
If you can’t find it, send an email to info@kingandfifth.com and we’ll resend it to you.
  • How long after I order will it take for my package to arrive?

For US Customers

Packages almost always arrive within 2-6 days. If yours is taking longer send us an email at info@kingandfifth.com.

For International Customers

International orders take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive.

Check your tracking number periodically for the most up to date information on your order.

  • How do I change my order?

For customers who haven’t received a tracking number

Send an email to info@kingandfifth.com and we’ll take care of it.

For customers who have received a tracking number

Once you receive your order complete a return or exchange (see below.) 

  • How do I make an exchange?
On a piece of paper (or your receipt) write:
  1. Your name
  2. Your email
  3. Your order number
  4. The products you would like us to send you (style and color)
Send it along with the products you’d like to exchange to:

  • How do I make a return?
Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
 
The products must be in new condition, with all tags and packaging.
 
On a piece of paper (or your receipt) write:

  2. Your email
  3. Your order number
